EXCHANGES POLICY

We provide Exchangeable Policy for our direct buyers:

• Goods are non-refundable and non-returnable, but they are exchangeable (can be exchanged with other styles at same total value)
• Goods can only be exchange within 7 days after delivery
• Goods must be in perfect, clean, and unused condition with original packing as received
• The exchange goods send back to us must be include with the exchange form given to you (it will be attach together along with the invoice from every order)

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call (8621)5293 0113 or email us at mhqshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

HOW TO EXCHANGE BACK YOUR ORDER (CHINA MAINLAND ORDERS)

All domestic orders will be ship according to the shipment method you chose and the shipping cost will automatically be deducted from your account. If you desire to exchange the product that you ordered, just simply return it back to us together with the exchange form. Please indicate on your exchange form your desired model/size.

We do not provide any shipping labels, so all return shipping cost is 100% at customer responsibility.
