ODER STATUS, SHIPPING AND HANDLING
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
- The first confirms that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this email will arrive within about 24 hours.
- The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the "Tracking Your Order" link provided in the email.
ORDER TRACKING
You can check the status of your orders by clicking on "Tracking Your Order" link provided in the email. Once you click this, you will be directed to the shipping carrier tracking page where you can see your order current status. If you have an order outstanding, you will see its details. If you have more than one order outstanding, you will go to your Order History page, where you'll see orders from the past six months. From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details (items in the order, the shipping address, shipping method, payment details and any exchange information).
Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. In such cases, we'll provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package.
CHANGE IN YOUR ORDER STATUS
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDER
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your international order. The carriers that may be used are: United Postal Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), and TNT.
